Regarding Workshops Offered by Elements Health and Wellness Ltd or Sebastian Escobar Deossa.

Terms and Conditions for In-Person Workshop Participation

By registering for an in-person workshop organized by Elements Health and Wellness Ltd or Sebastian Escobar Deossa (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.Full Refund (100%)

 1.1 Available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the course start date. A written request for cancellation must be submitted by email to elementswellnessinq@gmail.com within this timeframe.

2. Partial Refund (50%):

 2.1 Offered for cancellations made 21–29 days before the course start date. Covers administrative and planning costs already incurred.

3. No Refund (0%):

   3.1No refunds are provided for cancellations made 14 days or less before the course start date. This includes no-shows and cancellations for any reason.

4. Rescheduling Option:

 4.1Participants may transfer their registration to a future course one time if the request is made at least 21 days before the course start date.

 4.2 Rescheduling requests made less than 21 days before the course will incur a 25% rebooking fee.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

 5.1 Refunds or transfers for cancellations within 14 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies (e.g., medical issues) with supporting documentation.

6. Respect, Safety, and Behavior (0%):

 6.1 We reserve the right to refuse or revoke enrollment to any individual deemed unfit to participate in our courses. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who demonstrate a lack of requisite educational qualifications, display disrespectful or mean behavior toward the teacher, staff, or peers, or engage in racist or hateful conduct. If such actions occur, no refund, exchange, or return will be provided.

 6.2 We also reserve the right to revoke a diploma and report such actions to the relevant association or regulatory body if a therapist endangers their life, a client’s life, or engages in behavior including, but not limited to, spreading hate, racism, or misinformation. In such cases, no refund, exchange, or return will be issued.

 6.3 Liability Release: By participating in the workshop, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for your own safety, behavior, and actions during the workshop and release Elements Health and Wellness Ltd, Sebastian Escobar Deossa, their affiliates, teachers, staff, administrators, contractors, volunteers, agents, representatives, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, death, or damages arising out of or connected to the workshop.

7. Participant Conduct

7.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward all attendees, facilitators, and staff during the workshop.

7.2 We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant from the workshop for behavior deemed disrespectful, disruptive, mean, racist, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund, exchange, or return will be provided in such cases.

7.3 Responsibility and Liability: Participants are solely responsible for their safety, behavior, and adherence to workshop guidelines. By attending, participants release Elements Health and Wellness Ltd, Sebastian Escobar Deossa, their affiliates, teachers, staff, administrators, contractors, volunteers, agents, representatives, and any associated parties from all claims, liability, or damages arising during or after the workshop. This release includes, but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, material harm, or death resulting from participation.
